Fitness Coach

Specialty: Weight loss and strength building.

Kris served in the Indiana Air National Guard as a guardsman, working in the intelligence community as well as a physical training leader, conducting physical training tests on fellow airmen to ensure they were maintaining fitness standards and completed his enlistment in 2014. Kris graduated Summa Cum Laude from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education in 2013. While at Indiana State, he served as captain of his school's Ultimate Frisbee team, and helped plan and coordinate community outreach events with the Kinesiology Recreation Sport Leadership Team. During his final year at Indiana State, he began training clients as well as student teaching Physical Education. Kris continued training clients as well as teaching Physical Education at Custer Baker Intermediate School in Indiana and later at Birch Lane Elementary School and Benicia High School. Working with such diverse age groups simultaneously taught him how to adapt his teaching style and connect with all ages of clients and skill levels. He enjoys helping restore confidence in his clients and seeing how the hard work they do together makes an impact on their daily life.

In his own words...
"I didn't become passionate about fitness until I joined the military and realized that exercise was helping me become happier and more confident than I ever had been before. I believe that exercise is the key to not only unlocking our physical health, but our mental health as well. From that point on I made it my mission to share my love and passion for exercise with the world. I like to talk will all my clients and ask questions about their reasons for making fitness part of their life. Once I get to know them I am able to provide them with tools that they can actually use and achieve their goals. I also like to also look at how people's bodies move so we can come up with a plan to correct movement patterns as well as restore movement. I live in Vacaville with my beautiful wife who is active duty at Travis AFB. We have two small rescue dogs, Twig & Lucy that have been keeping us busy. My wife and I are expecting our first child, a baby boy, in August and are super excited. I really enjoy playing volleyball and hiking, I still play ultimate Frisbee once a month."
