Guided Training Programs

Our small group programs led by a fitness coach will provide you with the coaching, guidance, accountability and camaraderie you need to reach your goals and work your muscles in ways you've never done before. Our programs are the best of both worlds - you get to train with other people who have the same interests as you, all under the guidance and expertise of a fitness coach who leads you through your workout.

High Intensity Interval Boxing "HIIT Boxing"| 8 sessions | Members $150 | Non-Members $180

Take your work out to the next level with this monthly High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) boxing series. Focusing on proper punching and kicking techniques, participants al will build punch and kick combos using the heavy bag and target mitts. This series will build up cardiovascular endurance, core stability and mobility.

Mindful You | 8-weeks | Members $200 | Non-Members $230

Even the busiest mind can benefit from the ancient and rewarding practice of meditation. In this eight-week course, led by Meditation Practitioner Tina Clay, participants will learn the basics of meditation and guidelines and tips to begin their practice.

Back in Action | 10-Sessions | Members $340 | Non-Members $370

One size doesn’t fit all when it comes to dealing with back pain. In this 10 week training program we will help you discover what works best for you, exploring the causes of your pain and limited mobility and giving you a customized training program to help you get back in action. You'll be guided through an assessment that will identify any movement patterns that are causing pain or limiting mobility and will learn exercises to strengthen your body and help it heal. Tai Chi & Qigong | 10 Weeks | Members $340 | Non-Members $370

Follow Master Yeung through this 10 week program into the world of Tai Chi. Learn how to turn an opponents force against them to defend yourself and the meaning of Yin & Yang. In this guided journey, participants will develop self defense skills while improving their mind, body and spirit.
