Guided Training Programs

Our small group programs led by a fitness coach will provide you with the coaching, guidance, accountability and camaraderie you need to reach your goals and work your muscles in ways you've never done before. Our programs are the best of both worlds - you get to train with other people who have the same interests as you, all under the guidance and expertise of a fitness coach who leads you through your workout. It's no mystery that exercising during your pregnancy has great benefits, but many moms-to-be don't know where to start or how to transition from their pre-pregnancy workout routine. Learn which exercises you should be doing and what to avoid during your pregnancy. You will leave this workshop with the tools and knowledge to exercise confidently and safely for both you and your baby.

Learn the proven methods of Energy Systems Development (E.S.D.) to gain the full benefits of cardiovascular training. This workshop will teach you the principals of E.S.D. before putting the concepts into action with a fun, intense group workout.

Make 2018 the year you start hitting your fitness goals for good. In four weeks, we'll help you fire up your aerobic conditioning and endurance through HIIT principles. Our five group workouts a week will put you through a combination of track, cycle, boxing and pool workouts to keep your body engaged and build consistency. Food logs, health education, body composition analysis, measurements and weekly weigh-ins will round out the program and help you stay on track.

Take your work out to the next level with this monthly High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) boxing series. Focusing on proper punching and kicking techniques, participants will build punch and kick combos using the heavy bag and target mitts. This series will build up cardiovascular endurance, core stability and mobility.

Mind Body Sampler ThumbnailMindBody Sampler | 1 session | Members $35 | Non-Members $40
Mind-body exercises work to increase flexibility and strength while reducing stress and pain. In two hours we'll show you gentle and vinyasa styles of yoga, breathwork, core and balance exercises; all to keep you active and strong. This mind and body experience will begin and end with a Bodywork massage by two massage therapists before a final guided meditation for total relaxation.
