Our small group programs led by a fitness coach will provide you with the coaching, guidance, accountability and camaraderie you need to reach your goals and work your muscles in ways you've never done before. Our programs are the best of both worlds - you get to train with other people who have the same interests as you, all under the guidance and expertise of a fitness coach who leads you through your workout.

Moxie Cycle | $340 | 10-weeks
Learn how to generate more power and gain more stamina with focused interval training in this 10-week cycling course. You'll get the guidance you need to break through training plateaus, transform your body, increase average power output (APO), and improve muscular endurance.

Moxie Cycle + Run | $340 | 10-weeks

Open to members and non-members. Geared for beginner and intermediate athletes, this 10 week triathlon/duathlon training program combines power focused cycling classes with dynamic track workouts to amplify your cycling stamina, increase your overall cardio output and run more efficiently. You will receive cycle, track & brick workouts and weekly educational materials to help you monitor your progress towards reaching your goals.

Tai Chi & Qigong | $340 | 10-weeks
