Masters Swim Workout

HealthSpring Fitness Masters swimming is a coached adult swim practice designed for intermediate to advanced level lap swimmers who are looking for a structured workout in the water. An instructor will lead you through a series of timed sets using interval training to help improve your strength and endurance as well as stroke technique and efficiency in the water. Masters swim classes provide many benefits including:

Schedule and Pricing:

$30 a month | Fee includes masters swim workout four days a week for four weeks
Mondays and Wednesdays: 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
